r. Along the shores of Lago Vidal Gormaz

The map says that the path snakes high above the lake offering occasional glimpses of the water below. We found the path to be very different, following along the shore of the lake and rarely climbing higher than needed to get around particularly steep shoreline. The path was fairly wet with a stream running along the path itself at points. The path is lined with wild fuchsias and offers many spectacular reflections across the lake.
